Call in will open the Monday prior to the rodeo week. 

APRIL IS A 2 DAY RODEO. YOU MUST FILL OUT A CALL IN EACH DAY YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING THE RODEO(S). YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AFTER YOU HAVE CALLED IN. CALL IN CLOSES ON TUESDAY, APRIL 7, 2026 at NOON.   

**Call Out Policy: Once you have called in and entered for the rodeo, any withdrawals must be made before call-ins close. If you need to withdraw after call-ins close, a doctor's note or vet note is required to avoid turnout. If you are a no show, you will be expected to pay your entry fees for the prior rodeo at the following rodeo or you will not be able to compete until your balance is cleared up.
